Glow-in-the-dark fabric?  Is that even possible? Yes, it really is.  It works best when you hold your completed design up to a bright light then turn off all the lights. You will actually be amazed! And this design works perfectly because the word Halloween is so prominent and you can still see the outlines of the characters in the dark.
