Cross Stitch Warehouse shipping policy:

All crossstitchwarehouse.com orders are shipped by (USPS) US Postal Service except for customer's special requests. 

We'd like to advise, USPS may be having disruptions during the Virus Lock-down! Please be patient, as we'll get it to Y'all as soon as we can!

PLEASE NOTE; All orders over $100 in the contiguous United States are FREE, except for Urgent shipping and International items.

Urgent Shipping; Orders in the United States:

Urgent delivery is available within the contiguous United States for an additional $6.00... Your order will deliver in-stock items within 3 business days of shipment.

International Shipping Outside of United States:

International Shipping fees will vary for orders shipped outside of the continental United States. Also, Order delivery times vary and could range from 3-5 business days and up to 21 days for shipment depending on the overseas destination!!! The International Shipping fee & Shipping Method will be displayed on the Mailing label during checkout.
Please provide your street address ALSO if requesting a P.O. box delivery!                                                                                                                                                                              We may ship items separately due to size or availability, and that will not be available for Urgent Delivery.                                                                                                                                Urgent Delivery carries a cost even if the order is over $100 Dollars.

International Orders Shipping;

We ship to all international destinations. PLEASE CHECK the LIST OF COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO:

Most products can be shipped internationally; 

Additionally, please note the following on all orders shipping to addresses outside the United States:

1. We will send you an email and available Shipping rate options for international orders during the checkout process once your shipping address is entered, so you still have the option to cancel your order at this time.
2. It is your responsibility to pay all excise, duties, and taxes at Port of entry if Foreign Law requires!
3. Any international orders refused by customers at the time of delivery will be subject to return handling fees.
4. All orders are subject to Item availability. Rain-Check and back-ordered Items will be shipped on arrival...

    

   Shipping to APO/FPO;

    

   All Orders Shipped to a PO Box or a Military Base Address (AA, AE, AP) will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

   PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses may take longer up to 5 weeks for delivery depending on the destination!

   Sending your package to an APO/FPO address is very easy. When entering your Shipping Address, please note the following;

   1. The Country must be "The United States"
   2. The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO"
   3. The State must be selected as either "Armed Forces America" "Armed Forces Europe" or "Armed Forces Pacific"
   4. You must enter your Zip code.
   5. IMPORTANT, Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number!
   6. Overseas orders may get a credit or refund due to the shipping cost charged at the time of ordering when shipped!
